Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis
I was quite skeptical of hypnosis at the start. I'd had no previous experience with it, and from what little I did know about it I didn't have much confidence that it could make any kind of lasting change. I figured like many of the other weight loss efforts I'd tired before, it might work initially but then after the novelty of the first few weeks wore off I'd be back at square one like usual. I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only did I experience immediate loss in the first week, but it kept going. Even the weeks I was certain I'd gained weight I still lost. I still have a hard time believing that I could lose weight without thinking about it every second of my day. Now I am down (over) 10 pounds, and I was certain this last weigh in I would have been up after the holidays. I feel like I'm in control of my eating habits for the first time ever, and it's not taking all my brain power to do it. I'm listening to my body and stopping when I feel full. My body doesn't even crave the junk foods I used to think I needed to feel better. I'm gradually working towards my goal weight and I'm really happy with it. I couldn't have gotten this far without Darlene's support or the Virtual Gastric Band technique.Thank you so very much for everything Darlene. Weight Loss Hypnosis
I was a little skeptical when I first came to see Darlene for weight loss hypnosis, but because I am the fad-diet queen and a life time member of other paid programs... I was desperate to try as everything I had been doing, I could only go so far and then would come to a dead stop and lose hope and just give up. After the first session started noticing huge changes. I didn't have the cravings that I had in the past. In the past I starve myself and then binge later. I no longer could do that! I felt my hunger and couldn't ignore it. I also started noticing that I could recognize better when I was full and that my portion size needed some work as it was too large. I started drinking more water and was making healthier choices. The weight was starting to go down, and by the second session (approx one week later) I was down 5 lbs without even seeming like I was depriving myself and little to no effort on my part. After that second session it was really driven home! At that session Darlene added anchors-and let me tell you- THAT WORKS! You learn in a quick hurry that if you aren't feeling like you want to eat something, not to force yourself out of politeness to those around you. The sick feeling is NOT WORTH IT! I have to say that it has made me more aware and I am listening to my body more. My weight has slowly been going down, but as I am getting closer to my goal weight, I'm ok with that. I love that this isn't a diet! That I can have those treats if I feel that I need them. This is my new lifestyle and I AM LOVING IT!
