I combine CBT/ACT/NLP/DBT and Spiritual Journeying which helps get to the root cause of some of the "why's" to help free you to:
- build inner confidence
- find a career that you love
- create goals
- stay accountable to your goals
- form better and deeper relationships
- have more meaning in your life
- using your spiritual beliefs to assist you in the healing process of past and present life
Packages:
1 month $1200
3 months $3000
Each month consists of:
- 4 x 45-minute one-on-one Skype sessions
- Email and chat support between coaching sessions
- Assessment interview
- Short-term and long term goal setting
- Meditations/Hypnosis (if desired)
- CBT/NLP/ACT Spiritual Journeying
- Follow-ups (daily if desired)
